One day an unexpected guest was found wandering in a village looking for food. At first, the farmer who saw it could not recognize what it was, but after taking a closer look, the farmer found out that it was a guest in the form of a malnourished bear cub who was starving and looking for food.

#1. The farmer from the village where this bear cub was found came to rescue him and he decided that the cub needed round-the-clock care. Therefore, he thought of taking it home to take good care of this cub.
#2. This bear cub seemed too young to survive in the wild alone and Nikolay did not want the bear cub to be sent to a zoo where it will spend its life in a cage. Nikolay figured that the bear cub must have lost its way to its mother and as he did not find the cub to be fit enough to find its way back to his mother, Nikolay thought of keeping this out-of-the-ordinary pet.
#3. This adorable little bear has now found a home where he will be loved. And most importantly a place with shelter comfort and enough food as Nikolay owns a farm. Now it does not have to Go through the woods and villages looking for food.
#4. When Nikolay first met this cute little bear, he called the wildlife authorities in the area to get some guidance with the unusual situation. Nikolay says that the authorities were not helpful at all.
#5. In fact, the advice of the authorities was to either put the bear to sleep or return it to the wild. Every time he asked those were the solutions they gave. And at the time Nikolay knew that the bear would not survive either way. Instead, he decided to keep the bear as a pet.
#6. Before taking the bear cub as a pet, Nikolay and his hunting pals search the forests nearby with the hope of finding the cub’s mother. They did this for 2 days and finally gave up.
#7. According to Nikolay, the village committee has issued this bear cub a type of passport to legally live in their village. In this process, they named the cub Vasilisa.
#8. Nikolay is now planning on building a huge home for Vasilisa to grow up in and he intends to build an observation area where he can check upon him.
