Dogs are a pure source of joy. However, at times they can also be stubborn and mischievous. The doggo in our story is one such soul. It is no secret that dogs love going for walks and running about in parks. No matter how much time they spend outdoors it is never enough for them.
Some dogs are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that they do not have to go home. Recently a TikToker going by the username jecuerr captured footage of a doggo who was refusing to go home after a nice walk outdoors. The dog who was walking with his owner, stopped suddenly in his tracks and dropped down. It was apparent that the creature was pretending to be dead.

Jeceur was working in his office located in Madrid, Spain when this incident took place. He made sure to record the dog’s behavior and shared it online for the rest of the world to see. The video managed to go viral in a short period. “I don’t know if they were heading home or if they had just left on their walk, but the dog just decided to stop walking. It was just so funny,” Jeceur conveyed. The owner attempted to persuade the doggo to move but the creature would not budge. He pulled the dog by his harness and even resorted to kneeling and pleading with the doggo to move.

Luckily for the owner, after a few minutes, the dog decided to make his way back home. People fell in love with the video instantly and found the whole situation to be rather funny. They were also entertained by the amount of effort it took the guy to get his dog to move. After the video was shared online the owner whose name was Chomin came across the footage of him and his dog Louie.

“It’s nothing new. When he sees that we are going home from a walk, he almost always drops to the ground and wants to play and not move. Even if it takes 2 or 3 hours in the morning to get home, he always asks for more time on the street,” Chomin explained. Louie also likes the attention that he receives from passersby when he refuses to move. People compliment him and pet him when he decides to turn into stone in the middle of the path. Here is the video footage for you to enjoy.
