There is always a risk attached to bringing a new pet into a household because you never know how your already existing pet would treat the newcomer. Sometimes the end result could be acceptance or even end up in animosity between the two animals.
When Jesse Ryan decided to bring a new member into her household she was unsure as to how her other cat Evin would react. However, when Minnie the ginger kitten was brought home, Evin adopted him.

Jessica’s boyfriend works on a dairy farm where there are ginger cats that look alike. One cat had given birth to a litter and when her boyfriend saw Minnie, he realized then that Minnie was the ideal companion for Evin. So, he brought him into Jessica’s home. The two cats have been inseparable since day one and the kitten follows the grownup cat wherever he goes. It is as if Minnie is Evin’s tail. Evin too does not mind all of this attention and is more than happy to have a mini-version of himself following him around.

“Evin and Minnie hit it off right away! I think mainly because Minnie clung to Evin and gave him no other choice!” conveyed their human, Jessica Ryan. The two buds wrestle, play, and even snuggle together. They even don’t forget to clean each other after having their meals.

Jessica owns another grownup grey-colored cat named Tunie. Evin and Minnie, the two mischief makers, enjoy annoying Tunie together. According to the owner, “They love to harass her, chase her, and smack her butt when she walks by.” Typical guy behavior, wouldn’t you agree?

Jessica and her boyfriend believe that Minnie came from Evin’s sister’s litter, and that makes them uncle and nephew. The kitten has now grown up and is half the size of Evin. He is no longer a mini-Evin. Jessica admits that the two cats bring so much joy into the household. Though they might have initially bonded over their similar looks, they have now succeeded in forming a special connection that is sure to last their whole lives.
